                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 16th day of March 2021

The petitioner had submitted Ext.P1 application for grant

of Arms License remitting the requisite fee on 13.02.2020. It is

stated that so far no action is taken on the same. According to

the petitioner, all the requisite documents are produced.

As the application is stated to have been pending, the Writ

Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to

consider Ext.P1 application in accordance with law and to pass

orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt

of a copy of the judgment.
