      Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum the High Court be pleased to
stay the operation of the judgment dated 29.08.2019 in WP(C) No.2981/2019 (as
stood reviewed by Order dated 1.10.2020 in R.P.No.507/2020) of the Learned
Single Judge of this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice, pending final
disposal of the above Writ Appeal.

    This Writ Appeal coming on for admission on 16.03.2021 upon perusing the
appeal memorandum, the court on the same day passed the following:

satisfied that there is sufficient reason shown for the

delay occasioned. Hence, delay condoned.

orders of two Single Benches. We are of the opinion that
