   Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation and
 enforcement of the impugned order dated 03.11.2020 passed by the Addl.
District Judge-IV, Kottayam in I.A.No.1505/2019 in O.P.(Ind) No.219/2019
as far as it relates to the direction to the execution of the decree and
judgment passed in O.S.No.141/2017, till the disposal of the above F.A.O.

  This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's order dated
12-02-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. HARISH ABRAHAM,
