  Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court be
pleased to suspend the execution of sentence in judgment dated 05.02.2021 in
Criminal Appeal No.402/2018 on the file of the Addl. District & Sessions Judge,
Muvattupuzha, and further pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail till the
disposal of this Criminal Revision Petition.


  This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application, and upon
hearing the arguments of M/S SREEKANTH S.NAIR, Advocate for the petitioner
and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 2nd respondent, the court passed the
following

                                            ORDER

Execution of sentence imposed on the petitioner is suspended on condition of the petitioner executing a bond for Rs: 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with two solvent sureties for the like amount, to the satisfaction of the trial court and on remittance of Rs: 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) towards the fine imposed.
