                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 12th day of March 2021

The grievance of the petitioner is that Exts.P3 and P5

applications for renewal of the regular stage carriage permit,

which is pending before the respondent has not been taken

up for consideration even now.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Senior

Government Pleader on instructions submitted that it can

placed before the next RTA meeting.

3. Having considered this, I am inclined to dispose of

the writ petition itself directing the 2nd respondent to place the

matter in the next RTA meeting and if RTA meeting is not

likely to be convened within a period of six weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy the judgment, final decision shall be

taken by circulation after giving a reasonable opportunity of

being heard by filing objections to all the objectors.

The writ petition is disposed of.
