                                2

                           JUDGMENT

Dated this the 12th day of March 2021

The petitioner herein appled for revision of timings,

by virtue of Ext. P2 application. The grievance of the

petitioner is that, the above application has not been

taken up, and orders passed and sought for direction to

consider Ext.P2 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned Senior Government Pleader on

instructions submitted that regarding the timings in

relation to this particular route, several objections have

been raised and timings needs to be finalized in an

appropriate timing conference, after giving a reasonable

opportunity of being heard to all the objectors.

3. Having heard both sides, I am inclined to

dispose of the writ petition itself with a direction that,

timing conference shall be convened as expeditiously as WP(C).No.5730 OF 2021(M)

possible, within an outer time limit of six weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of judgment and appropriate

orders passed, after giving a reasonable opportunity of

being heard to all the objectors.

The writ petition is disposed of.
