                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 12th day of March, 2021

This writ petition was filed challenging the orders limiting

approval of the petitioners' appointment from 1.6.2011 and seeking

approval with effect from their initial appointment, that is, 5.6.2006

and 8.7.2009 respectively.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on

instructions, that orders have been passed pursuant to Ext.P5

judgment on 16.2.2021 directing approval of the petitioners'

appointment deeming that the Manager had submitted a bond in

terms of G.O.(P) No.10/10/G.Edn. dated 12.1.2010.

The said submission is recorded. The respondents are

directed to take steps to see that the consequent benefits are also

released without undue delay.
