   Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all proceedings pursuant
to the judgment dated 04-02-2021 of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C)
No.21246 of 2016 pending disposal of the above Writ Appeal in the
interest of justice.

  This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and
