     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of Common Judgment
and Decree dated 20.05.2020 in AS.No.194/2017 of the Additional District Judge-
V, Palakkad, arising from the Common Judgment and Decree dated 28.09.2017 in
OS.No.215/2013 of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Ottapalam pending disposal of
the above Regular Second Appeal.
    This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and
the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 11.02.2021 and
upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SANTHEEP ANKARATH and J.RAMKUMAR,
Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI. P.M.UNNI NAMBOODIRI, Advocate for
the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                     ORDER

Interim order stands extended by a period of three months.
