       Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution of the award in
O.P.(MV) No. 1057/2013 of Addl. MACT- III, Thiruvananthapuram, against the
petitioner, pending final disposal of this appeal.
       This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application/petition
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
GEORGE CHERIAN (SENIOR) along with ALEXY AUGUSTINE & GEORGE
A.CHERIAN, Advocates for the applicant,         the Court passed the following:
                                     ORDER

This is an application filed to stay the execution of the award in OP (MV) No. 1057/2013 on the file of the Addl. MACT-III, Thiruvananthapuram.

After considering the averments in the affidavit in support of the application, and the judgment in MACA No. 863/19 and hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am satisfied that the impugned award has to be stayed.

Hence, I stay all further proceeings pursuant to the award in OP (MV) 1057/2013 onthe file of the Addl. MACT- III, Thiruvananthapuram for a period of three months.
