                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 9th day of March 2021

Heard both sides.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents

submits that the respondents are willing to issue passport to the minor

child Ms.Rex Rose Shaiju who happens to be the grand daughter of the

petitioner. It is further stated by the learned standing counsel for the

respondents that the petitioner may approach the 2 nd respondent

during officer hours on any working day so as to enable the 2 nd

respondent to issue passport.

3. In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with

the following direction.

The petitioner to visit the office of the 2 nd respondent on

16.03.2021 at 11 am and the 2nd respondent is directed to do the

needful regarding issuance of passport to the grand daughter of the

petitioner namely Rex Rose Shaiju expeditiously. Needless to mention

that the petitioner should co-operate with the 2 nd respondent by

fulfilling all necessary formalities for issuance/renewal of passport.
