Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of the decree and judgment in A.S.109/2013 before the !st Addl. District Court, Thalassery and all further proceedings in O.S.10/2012 on the files of the Subordinate Court, Kannur.
