                             J U D G M E N T

This original petition is filed by the

plaintiff in O.S.No.51/2016 on the file of Munsiff

Court, Koothuparamb, for issue of direction to the

court below for expeditious disposal of the suit

within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The report was called for from the court

below and in the report dated 09.02.2021, it is

stated that the suit could be disposed of by the

month of June, 2021.

In the result, the original petition is

disposed of calling upon the court below to

finally dispose of the suit within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of a

certified copy of this judgment.

All pending interlocutory applications will

stand closed.
