                             J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioners.

2. The petitioners are the defendants in

O.S.No.740/2017 on the file of Additional Munsiff

Court-III, Thiruvananthapuram. Petition is filed

for issue of direction for speedy disposal of the

suit within a time frame to be fixed by this

Court.

3. In the report obtained from the court

below, it is stated that the suit could be taken

up and disposed of within a period of four months.

In the result, the original petition is

allowed calling upon the court below to dispose of

O.S.No.740/2017 finally within a period of four

months from the date of receipt of a certified

copy of this judgment.

All pending interlocutory applications will

stand closed.
