therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the effect and operation of the decree
and judgment of Additional Munsiff's Court, Kasaragod dated 31.10.2014 in
OS.No.171/2011 which was confirmed by the decree and judgment of Additional
District Court-I, Kasaragod dated 31.01.2017 in AS.No.78/2014 till the disposal of
the above appeal.


  This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the
affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. RAJESH
N., Standing Counsel for the petitioners, the court passed the following:
