the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment in
A.S.No.33/2017 of the Addl.District Judge No.IV, Pathanamthitta dated
30.9.2020 till the disposal of the above Appeal, for the ends of justice.
   This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's order
dated 12-02-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. SHIJU
