                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 1st day of March 2021

The petitioner firm has constructed a new Hotel and

had submitted an application for classification. Though

on the basis of Ext.P1 application, an inspection was

scheduled on 11.03.2020 and thereafter on 13.03.2020,

inspection was not conducted. The writ petition is filed

seeking a direction to the respondents to expedite the

inspection and to issue orders on classification.

2. Adv.Smt.O.M.Shalina, the learned CGC, submitted

that the inspection is fixed by the team between

10.03.2021 and 14.03.2021 and the petitioner's Hotel is

also included in the same.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of

with a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to complete

the inspection and finalise the same including the

issuance of orders on classification within a period of

one month from the date of inspection.
