  Original Petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of
Ext.P5 judgment, Ext.P6 order in IA.7692 of 2019 in Arb. O.P.No.1029/2016 and Ext.P7
order I.A.7693 of 2019 in Arb. O.P.No.1029/2016, pending disposal of the Original Petition
(Civil).
   This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in
support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.SANTHOSH MATHEW, Advocate
for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

Issue notice by speed post to the respondents.

The operation of Ext.P5 order is stayed for a period of two months.
