                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 30th day of March 2021

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:-

"(i) To Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent Board to give posting to the petitioner on duty arrangement basis in the Board Head Office or in Devaswom Board Press"

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

petitioner that the petitioner has preferred Ext.P5

representation before the 1st respondent and seeking

accommodation in any of the available vacancies in the

Head Office or press of the Travancore Dewasom Board.

4. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel

that Ext.P5 representation will be considered in accordance

with law.

5. There will, accordingly, be a direction to the 1 st WP(C).No.8422 OF 2021

respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P5

representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment. The petitioner shall also be heard through any

appropriate means including video conferencing before

orders are passed as directed above.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
