                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 30th day of March 2021

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner

seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent i.e. the

Secretary of the Annamanada Grama Panchayth,

Thrissur District, to accept Ext.P2 application

submitted by the petitioner for building permit and

consider the same without any delay.

2. Today when the matter was taken up, learned

counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned

Standing Counsel for the Grama Panchayath submitted

that, already the application was submitted and the

building permit was granted. Therefore, I do not

think anything survives to be considered in this

writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed, recording the

above.
