  Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court
be pleased to stay the operation of the Judgment and decree dated 30.11.2020 in A.S. 139/2013 before
the Additional District Court, Tirur filed against O.S.305/2010 before the Munsiff Court, Tirur
dated 28.01.2012 till the disposal of this appeal.

  This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in
support thereof, and this court's order dated 22-02-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
