Judgment dated 12-03-2021 in S.C.No.422/2018 of the Additional Sessions Judge-III,
Mavelikara in Alappuzha District pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

appellant is suspended on condition of the

appellant executing a bond for Rs.50,000/-

(Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent

sureties for the like amount, to the satisfaction

of the trial court and on remittance of

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) towards

the fine imposed.
