                          JUDGMENT

Respondents 5 and 6 are the neighbouring

property owners of the petitioners. It is alleged

that there is threat to life consequent on the

overhanging branches of trees standing on the

property of respondents 5 and 6. They have filed

Ext.P3 complaint before the third respondent. No

action has yet been taken in spite of long lapse of

time, laments the petitioners.

2. The writ petition is disposed of directing

the third respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P3 referred to above without delay, after

hearing the petitioners and respondents 5 and 6.
