  Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
Court be pleased to set aside the decree and judgment of the 1st appellant court passed in
AS.176/2016 by the Addl.District Court-III, Mavelikara on 17.07.2020 over OS.No.110/2013
by the Munsiff's Court, Mavelikara on 30.06.2016 and to grant an order of stay of all further
proceedings till the disposal of this appeal for which this petition may be allowed.
