                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of

the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding

the 4th respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family

members unnecessarily. The petitioner is arrayed as an accused in

Crime No.1085 of 2019 of Kurathikadu Police Station alleging

offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. On 18.03.2021, when this writ petition came up for

admission, the learned Government Pleader sought time to get

instructions.

3. Today, when this case is taken up for consideration, the

learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the

writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned

counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.
