                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 26th day of March 2021

The grievance of the petitioner is that the

respondents are not taking any action on Exts.P2 and P3

complaints.

2. The learned Government Pleader on instructions

submitted that a case has been registered as Crime

No.176/2020 for offences punishable under Sections 406

and 420 of the IPC and the investigation is going on.

3. Regarding Ext.P3 complaint, it is submitted

that the 2nd respondent has already instructed the

Chitty Inspector, Trissur to enquire into the

complaint. This is recorded. The respondents shall

take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
