                            J U D G M E N T

The grievance of the petitioner is Ext.P3 complaint

has not been looked into by the first respondent though

it was submitted as early as on 22.06.2020. Ext.P4

would also show that Ext.P3 complaint has been received

on the very same day in the office of the first

respondent.

Therefore there shall be a direction to the first

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3

complaint in accordance with law, within a period of

'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of

the judgment, after affording an opportunity of hearing

to the petitioner and the parties, who are likely to be

affected, in case it is not disposed of so far.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
