                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 25th day of March 2021

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose

of the petition would be served if the 6 th respondent is directed to

decide the representation of the petitioner at Ext.P7 in a time bound

manner.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that suitable

order can be passed for disposing of the petition.

In this view of the matter, the 6th respondent is directed to decide

the representation at Ext.P7 which is reportedly submitted to him

through the State Tax Officer within three weeks from the date of

communication of this judgment. The petitioner to furnish one more

copy of the representation at Ext.P7 to the 6 th respondent forthwith.

He should also supply copy of this judgment to the 6 th respondent for

compliance.
