         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
         affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an
         order of stay of operation and all proceedings pursuant to the
         decree and judgment in O.S.No.143 of 2015 on the file of the
         Subordinate Judge's Court, Chavakkad, pending disposal of the
         above Regular First Appeal.
         This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
         application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this
         Court's order dated 09.04.2021, and upon hearing the arguments of
         M/S P.B.KRISHNAN, P.B.SUBRAMANYAN, SABU GEORGE, B.ANUSREE, MANU
         VYASAN PETER, MEERA P., Advocates for the petitioner, the court
         passed the following:
