        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the judgment
   and decree dated 17.06.2020 in AS.No.8/2018 and in AS.No.34/2017 of II
   Additional District Judge, Thodupuzha, pending consideration of the second
   appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
