            Review Petition praying that in the circumstances stated in the
    circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court be
    pleased to :-

    I. Review Annexure A-1 judgment by deciding the issue in Annexure-A2, or
    in alternate

    II. delegate the Statutory hearing to the District Educational Officer,
    Palakkad or any other order or direction as this Honourable Court deems
    fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.

           This Review petition coming on for orders upon perusing the
    petition and this Court's judgment dated 28/06/2021 and upon hearing the
    arguments of SRI.P.R. SHAJI, Advocate for the petitioner in RP/COC
    and Senior Government Pleader for Respondent in RP/COC, the court passed
    the following:-

                                         ORDER

The petitioner says that the documents called for, through Annexure

A3, are not necessary in this case. She also has a case that the

respondent is not hearing her properly.

I, therefore, direct the learned Senior Government Pleader to inform

the respondent that the intent of this Court is that the petitioner be

heard properly on all her contentions including that the documents called

for through Annexure A3 is not relevant and that the statutory Rules

govern the field even otherwise.
