                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 27th day of July 2021

Property of the petitioner having an extent of 1.21

Ares though a garden land and not included in the data

bank maintained under the Kerala Conservation of

Paddyland and Wetland Act, 2008(for short, 'the Act'),

is described as wetland in the revenue records. It is

accordingly that the petitioner has submitted Ext P3

application in Form No.6 of the Kerala Conservation of

Paddyland and Wetland Rules seeking change of nature of

the property, is the contention of the petitioner. The

petitioner seeks for an expeditious consideration of the

application.

Without expressing anything on merits, I dispose of

this writ petition directing the 1 st respondent to

consider and pass orders on Ext P3 application (Form

No.6) on verifying the relevant materials including the

data bank, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate

within a period of six months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment.
