                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 27th day of July 2021

All that the petitioner seeks for is an expeditious

consideration of Ext P3 application filed in Form No.5

of the Kerala Conservation of Paddyland and Wetland

Rules seeking removal of the entry regarding his

property from the data bank maintained under the Kerala

Conservation of Paddyland and Wetland Act, 2008(for

short, 'the Act'). According to the petitioner, the

property had been a 'paramba' much prior to the coming

into force of the Act, but happened to be erroneously

included in the data bank. It is for the 1 st respondent

to consider the factual aspects and pass appropriate

orders.

Without expressing anything on merits, I dispose of

this writ petition directing the 1 st respondent to

consider and pass orders on Ext P3 application (Form 5),

as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a

period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy

of this judgment.
