This appeal was disposed of by judgment dated 02.02.2021,

whereby the ex-parte decree in O.S.No.165 of 2013 on the file of

the Sub Court, Kannur was set aside and the said court was

directed to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from

the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

Vide letter dated 31.05.2021, the learned Sub Judge, Kannur

has sought for extension of the time limit fixed by this Court in the

judgment dated 02.02.2021.

Having considered the reasons stated in the letter dated

31.05.2021, the time limit fixed by this Court in the judgment dated

02.02.2021 is extended by three months from this date.
