                               JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner seeks for is, a direction

to the 1st respondent for an expeditious consideration

of Ext P6 application filed by him in Form No.6 of the

Kerala Conservation of Paddyland and Wetland Rules.

2. According to the petitioner, the property

involved had been lying as a dry land. Though the

property was originally included in the data bank, the

same was removed after due consideration by the local

level monitoring committee, on directions from this

Court. However, the nature of the property is entered

in the revenue records as 'Nilam'. It is accordingly

that the petitioner has filed Form No.6 application

before the 1st respondent, submits the petitioner.

Without expressing anything on merits the writ

petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to

consider and pass orders on Ext P6 application(Form

No.6) on verifying the relevant records including the W.P(C) No.14645/2021

data bank, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate

within a period of five months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment.
