                              JUDGMENT

The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the

respondents to consider Ext.P5 and to permit the petitioner to

participate in the interview for the post of Assistant Professor in the

Department of Journalism and Mass Communication. It is submitted

that pursuant to an interim order dated 22.12.2020, the petitioner

was permitted to participate in the interview provisionally and

subject to further orders in this writ petition. The petitioner

participated in the interview and it is submitted that pursuant to the

selection the petitioner has also been included in the ranked list.

In the above view of the matter, the interim order is made

absolute. The writ petition is closed.
