        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree passed by the Sub Court, Koyilandy dated
   22.1.2021 in O.S.No 4/2018 as well as all further proceedings for
   enforcement of the said decree by the respondents pending disposal of the
   appeal and to pass an ad interim order to that effect to avail till the
   disposal of this application.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this courts order dated
   23/03/2021, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.V.V.ASOKAN (SR.) along
   with SRI.K.I.MAYANKUTTY MATHER,SRI.VINEETH KOMALACHANDRAN, Advocates for
