                                       JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

"(i). to call for the entire records which lead to Exhibits P5 and P16 and quash the same to the issuance of a writ of certiorari or by any other appropriate writ direction or order,

(ii). To issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to issue licence to the petitioner in the land taken on lease as per Exhibit P8 upto 24.01.2011

(iii). To pass any other order this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner

submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
