        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 16.02.2021 in O.P.No.1045/2019 of Family Court,
   Alappuzha pending disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.K.R.SUNIL, AISWARYA VENUGOPAL, KRISHNA SURESH and EASHWARY.V,
   Advocates for the applicant, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

There shall be an interim stay for the operation of the judgment on condition that the petitioner furnish security to the satisfaction of the Family Court for the decree amount within a period of two months.
