     THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
15.07.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

                                        JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

"(a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order, directing the 1st respondent to accept fee for renewal of licence of petitioner's automobile workshop,

(b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order, directing the 1st respondent to renewal licence of petitioner's automobile workshop for the year 2014-2015

(c) Declare that non acceptance of fee for renewal of licence is arbitrary, illegal and is violative of Article 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India

(d) And be further pleased to issue such other interim orders as are warranted on the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner

submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
