                           JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner seeks for is a

direction to the first respondent for an

expeditious consideration of Ext.P4 application

submitted by him in Form No.6 of the Kerala

Conservation of Paddy land and Wetland Rules,

seeking change of nature of the property referred

to therein. According to the petitioner, the

property in question is not included in the data

bank maintained under the Act.

2. Without expressing anything on merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the first

respondent to consider Ext.P4 application and pass

appropriate orders, on verifying relevant records W. P. (C) No.14060 of 2021

including the data bank, as expeditiously as

possible and at any rate within a period of four

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
