                                  JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the

petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

"i)Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent not to proceed with Exhibit P5;

ii)Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent not to cancel the license of the restaurant of the petitioner;

iii)Call for the records of the case and to pass appropriate orders;"

2. Today when the matter is taken up,

learned counsel for the petitioner sought

permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission granted. This writ petition is

dismissed as withdrawn.
