                            JUDGMENT

It is an application under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India to issue direction to the

trial court to expedite the disposal of

S.T.No.1292/2020 as early as possible. Due to

the ongoing pandemic Covid-19 and the situation

now prevailed in the society, it is not fit and

proper to direct the trial court to expedite the

disposal within a time schedule. But as an

abundant caution, I am of the view that the trial

court can be directed to take up the matter as

early as possible with a view to advance justice

and not to delay. With that observation, the

OP(Crl.)is hereby dismissed.
