                                           ORDER

When the case is taken up today, the Senior Government

Pleader on instructions submits that the Form 13C produced as

Ext.P9 is issued through a software which does not permit

inclusion of the mother's caste and hence there is a technical

problem to comply with the order. The counsel for the petitioner

submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if the certificate is

issued manually in the same format.

2. In the circumstances, the respondent is directed to

issue the Caste Certificate to the petitioner manually in the format

seen in Form 13C.

Post the writ petition on 07.07.2021.
