                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an existing operator, operating service

on the route Palakkad - Chittur, with stage carriage

KL-07/AZ 1243, on the basis of the timing granted in the

year 2020. Due to change of circumstances, he applied for

modification. It was allowed with a condition that it was

subject to settlement of timing. Ext.P1 is the proceedings.

The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P2 request for

settlement of timing on the basis of timing submitted by him

has not been taken up and considered.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned senior Government Pleader, I am inclined to

dispose of the Writ Petition itself, with a direction to the

respondent to consider and to dispose of Ext.P2 request, as

expeditiously as possible, with notice to the affected parties

and to pass final orders within a period of two months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
