THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
02.07.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 WP(C) NO. 35105 OF 2014

                                 2

                            JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner

seeking that the KSEB be directed to allow him to continue in

service till the age of 60 years.

I notice that this writ petition was filed as early as in the

year 2014, when the petitioner was 56 years in age. Even

though this writ petition was admitted on 20.12.2014, no

interim order had been granted; and obviously therefore, the

petitioner has now retired from service.

In the afore circumstances, I do not think that there is

any good reason now why this Court should consider the

averments in this writ petition on its merits.

This writ petition is, therefore, closed, finding it to have

become infructuous.
