                          JUDGMENT

Challenging the rejection of the application

filed by the petitioner in Form-6 of the Kerala

Conservation of Paddy land and Wetland Rules, the

petitioner has filed Ext.P3 appeal under Section

27B of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy land and

Wetland Act. The appeal is pending before the

second respondent. All that the petitioner seeks

for is an expeditious consideration of Ext.P3

appeal.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Government Pleader.

3. Without expressing anything on the merits of

the appeal, the writ petition is disposed of W. P. (C) No.11146 of 2021

directing the second respondent to consider and

pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 appeal as

expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a

period of one month from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
