Petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to respondents

2 and 3, to strictly follow Exhibit P4 circular dated 11.10.2013 in its

entirety and praying that till they streamline the procedures and strictly

implement the provisions of the Insurance Act, 1939, no licence shall be

renewed to any corporate broker having presence in insurance, including

the 4th respondent, who has violated the regulations of IRDA.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri. T.C. Krishna, learned

counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner on record,

submitted that he is not pressing the writ petition.

Placing on record the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is

dismissed as not pressed.
