                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 8th day of January 2021

This writ petition is filed stating that,

general body meeting of alumni of Elamaram

Yetheemkhana is being conducted on 10.01.2021 and

there are 500 members in the watsapp group and

there will be more than 1000 alumnus, who are

likely to assemble in the orphanage, which would

be in violation of Covid 19 protocol. The

petitioner points out that, he has already

approached the 1st and 3rd respondents pointing out

the apprehended violation of protocol.

2. The learned Government Pleader points out

that, any meeting can be conducted in accordance

with the protocol and it will be a matter for

consideration by the respondent Nos. 1 and 3.

This writ petition is disposed of directing

the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation

WP(C).No.615 OF 2021(B)

and to take appropriate action, to see that there

is no violation of covid-19 protocol. There shall

be a further direction to the 3rd respondent also to

act upon Ext.P3 complaint, in accordance with law.
