Claiming payment towards the work carried out

by the petitioner pursuant to work awarded by the

BSNL, petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 representation

before the second respondent.

2. The limited relief sought for in this writ

petition is for consideration of Ext.P3

representation.

3. I heard Shri Mathews K.Philip, learned

Standing Counsel also.

The writ petition is therefore disposed of

directing the second respondent to consider and pass

orders on Ext.P3 representation within a period of

'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of

the judgment.
